Registration for Students in Grades 2 through 7 for the 2025/26 School Year
Registration for new students in Grades 2 through 7 will be accepted on a space-available basis. We will not be accepting any new Grade 8 students for the 2025/26 school year.
Documents which will need to be submitted via email at [email protected] or dropped off at Immaculate Heart of Mary School within 48 hours of submitting this application are:
(1) your child's birth certificate; (2) current Immunization Record; (3) your child's final report card for the 23/24 school year and current report card for the 24/25 school year; and (4) your child's most recent standardized test scores.
Documents which will also need to be submitted via email at [email protected] or dropped off at Immaculate Heart of Mary School, if applicable, within 48 hours of submitting this application are:
(1) Baptismal Certificate if baptized outside of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish; (2) Custody agreements or custody court orders; and (3) Any and all test results, including psychological testing, educational disability testing, and/or any IEP.
Once all of these documents are received, your family and your student will be scheduled for a family meeting, shadow day and school tour.
Your child will also be tested to make sure he/she is on par for the grade he/she will enter in September 2025.
After review of your student's file by our admissions team, a decision will be made with regard to your student's transfer admission to Immaculate Heart of Mary School for the 25/26 school year.
Once an admissions decision is made, our $350.00 non-refundable registration fee is due. Payment of this $350.00 non-refundable registration fee guarantees your child's seat for the 25/26 school year. This $350.00 non-refundable registration fee is per family.
At the conclusion of the current school year, you will need to obtain and submit a full copy of your student's academic records from his/her prior school, including final report cards and assessments prior to the first day of school in September 2025.
