Background Checks and Clearances
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Immaculate Heart of Mary School.
The PA State Police and the policy set forth by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia require that volunteers who may have any possible contact with children must complete the following background checks and clearances.
When the clearance process is complete, please print your documents and send to school with your student. Please enclose the copies in an envelope to Mrs. Schmidt's attention. Please also keep a copy for yourself, as these clearances can be used for other volunteer organizations.
